I contacted Maund Volkswagen when I began experiencing engine problems while on vacation near Austin. I spoke directly to Tommy Stolle by phone and explained that I was on vacation with my family, 200 miles from home when my car?s engine light went on and the car began idling rough. Tommy took a personal interest in my situation and advised that he would fit me in as soon as I could get to the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership, Brant Hooks immediately appeared, took my information, checked-in my car and even recommended restaurants where I could have lunch with my wife and kids while we waited for the repairs to be completed. Within an hour I received a call from Brant letting me know that my car had been repaired and was ready to be picked-up.
