Joseph was excellent. The only slight pause I have about the process is that the paperwork guy first asked me a "survey question" about the value of a warranty. Then he started selling me extended warranties and he had some negotiation room. I felt manipulated at that point, and that the survey question wasn't honest. It was the only time in the whole process I felt I was being played.

Larry, Lee and Don make an amazing sales team!! This was truly the easiest and smoothest car buying experience ever! Larry was very attentive, listened very closely to everything that I was looking for in a car...he already had one picked out for me to test drive when I arrived,,, and it was perfect, exactly what I was looking for! This was the first test drive ever that I didn't feel rushed and hurried to get back to the dealership... he was very patient, willing to go over and explain all of the small details and capabilities of the car. He even took me on a second test drive just to make sure that this was the car that I wanted! Lee was very considerate to my needs on pricing and willing to go the extra mile to negotiate and make sure that I was where I needed to be....you don't find that at many dealerships. Don was extremely helpful with the paperwork and explained everything in great detail so that I knew and understood everything that I was signing before I signed and was willing to answer any questions that I had. After this car buying experience, I wouldn't want to deal with or buy from anyone except these guys!!

I have always been a Ford customer, so it was new coming to VW. Salesman was great, but were not offered refreshments while we waited like every other purchase I have made with Ford. The Sales Consultant was always available, even in his day off. We had a minor problem with the sky window but as it was Saturday and the service was already closed, he offered us a replacement car to have until Monday. I don't know if it is included in the service or is a common service but for us it was great.
For us the key differentiation was the interest rate but we realize that it came with a great assistance.

I leased an EOS from Tom Patton in 2008. Although I was happy with my Eos, Tom was the reason I chose to explore VW again when my lease was up. We are having our first child so the Eos was no longer an option. I also looked at Audis and Volvos but only Tom actually listened to me and what I was looking for (the Volvo salesman is still calling me trying to get me into a way bigger car than I am interested in). Tom never pressured me or made me feel stupid as some car salesmen do with women. I had a great experience with Tom back and 2008 and again, I have had a wonderful experience with Tom this time. I did drive from San Antonio to buy the vehicle because the two dealership here in San Antonio we terrible. I sent both internet inquiries and visited Ancira in person. Neither had the exact model I was looking for but both told me they would look for it. I found it interesting that I found it and neither of them did. One salesperson went as far as to offer to try and bring the vehicle to San Antonio on a trade "If I didn't say anything to your sales people". She did none of the work but wanted the commission and was certainly willing to take it from Tom Patton who did do the work and the follow up. Thank you for the experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the product and knew the current inventory. That last part is important because we had originally come in to buy/lease the 2010 Eos Komfort. When our expectations on payments didn’t quite match up, he suggested the 2009 Eos Lux. It all worked out and we love our new car. We have purchased many cars over the years and I have been a new car salesman in the past so I appreciate that Brad knew his “stuff”. I spoke directly to Tommy Stolle by phone and explained that I was on vacation with my family, 200 miles from home when my cars engine light went on and the car began idling rough. Tommy took a personal interest in my situation and advised that he would fit me in as soon as I could get to the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership, Brant Hooks immediately appeared, took my information, checked-in my car and even recommended restaurants where I could have lunch with my wife and kids while we waited for the repairs to be completed. Within an hour I received a call from Brant letting me know that my car had been repaired and was ready to be picked-up. My service rep, Brant, was awesome. I called at 1:30 p.m. for a 30,000 mile inspection and the ignition recall. He said I could come right away. He was efficient and courteous and knowledgeable, Gold stars for Brant. Katie, the receptionist, was wonderful. I got lost coming to Maund and called her. She pulled up her GPS on her cell and guided me to their. Then I got lost going home back to La Grange. I called her quite upset and she again patiently guided me to the right places to turn and exactly how to get there. I was amazed and so thankful that she took the time to help me so much. She also gets gold stars. I cannot be grateful enough for her help. I had a great experience at Maund! Except for getting lost (my fault entirely)... Congratulations on a perfect service visit for me.
